I loved the location of the hotel, it was so convenient to get around the city. Plus, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite being in a noisy area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great AC and a comfortable bed. The shower stall was surprisingly spacious. The towels were of great quality. I had a pleasant stay at Thistle.

Room cleanliness was disappointing, with stained sheets and towels, and a lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. the overall upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right in the doorstep of many central attractions. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a separate shower and bath. The service was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Breakfast had a decent variety, although we encountered a few shortcomings. Despite that, the hotel's location, close to Charing Cross tube and the bustling streets of the west end, made it a convenient choice.
